Bridgwater Bushi Karate Club

This was the first time the junior members of the club had picked up a Jo and Shihan Rowen took them through the basics after a warm-up which included use of the Jo. He patiently spent time working on various strikes before moving on to partner drills. The next eagerly awaited seminar will be at the end of October and places will be limited to twenty students.
