On Sunday 7th November we had two great sessions from Chris Summers and James Smith from Wessex Higashi Karate in Yeovil. Both 4th Dan instructors took the students through a series of competition techniques and drills. The use of stances in competitions and the art of scoring techniques within the sport karate arena were covered. Both the junior and senior students all enjoyed the day and had a great workout in the process. Keep an eye on the notice board for the next session which will be early in the new year.
