Until further notice we will only be able to teach Kata and Kihon Waza (line work) during the sessions.
Following the Government announcement on Friday 7th August everyone over 11 years of age will be required to wear a facemask inside the community center when they arrive.
Mask are not required in the hall during training.
Due to the fall in numbers Training session times as of Tuesday 11th August will be as follows.
Junior members 4th Kyu and below will only do the first hour.
Tuesday 6 to 7:30 all grades
Friday 6 to 7:30 all grades
Sunday 10 to 11:30 all grades
If we have a busy session we will use the back room to split off in groups providing we have enough instructors available.
Turn up for training in your Gi, you cannot change at the centre.
Parents or Guardians will drop off their children and collect on time, you are not permitted to stay in the centre during the session.
All members will respect the social distancing rules inside and outside the Dojo.
Masks do not need to be worn, this will be up to the individual.
Hand Sanitiser will be provided.
Hand Sanitiser must be used before and after using the toilets and the Dojo. Please try to go at home before you attend the session.
If you are going to be late stay at home, unless you have informed the instructors beforehand as the main gate will be locked at the start of the session.
We are taking measures to keep a safe environment for all members. Therefore, anyone coming into the premises will be required to confirm their health status honestly.
1.Within the last 14-days, have you experienced a new cough that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
2.Within the last 14-days, have you experienced new shortness of breath that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
3.Within the last 14-days, have you experienced a new sore throat that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
4.Within the last 14-days, have you experienced new muscle aches that you cannot attribute to another health condition or a specific activity such as physical exercise?
5.Within the last 14-days, have you had a temperature at or above 100.4° or the sense of having a fever?
6.Within the last 14 days, have you had close contact, without the use of appropriate PPE, with someone who is currently sick with suspected or confirmed COVID-19?
If you answer Yes to any of the above, please do not attend any training session until you have successfully isolated for 14 days.
